The role supports production efficiency in a beverage manufacturing plant, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of materials to production lines. Position Summary

The Process Control&Machine Operator– Forklift Duties safely operates forklifts and bottling processing equipment, maintains production records, monitors key performance indicators, and ensures compliance with food manufacturing and workplace standards. Duties

Safely operates forklifts to move, load, and unload materials, packaging, and finished products. Operates bottling processing equipment via digital control panels, configuring settings, tracking real‑time data, troubleshooting, optimizing processes, and applying system updates. Maintains accurate production records and quality control reports, conducts inspections, and reports deficiencies.Analyzes production line flow and key performance indicators to optimize throughput and minimize downtime. Identifies and assesses safety hazards, performs real‑time risk analysis, and enforces lockout/tagout, emergency stop, and machine guarding protocols. Collaborates with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and address challenges.Performs routine cleaning and sanitation per industry standards, documenting all activities. Utilizes advanced material handling techniques, applies protective gear, and documents equipment inspections. Supplies production lines with preforms, labels, caps, and other materials as needed. Stacks and organizes pallets in designated storage areas following safety standards.Conducts inventory checks by scanning or recording pallet numbers. Provides flexible support on the production line, assists with loading/unloading, and adapts to packaging, quality inspection, or machine operation roles. Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications

High school completion required. Some post‑secondary education required; ability to read and understand technical instructions and equipment manuals. Two years’ experience in plastics injection or bottling lines. Two years’ experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment; heavy equipment experience preferred.Capacity to work independently and within a small team in a fast‑paced environment. High attendance and reliability. Positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Compensation

Starting wage of $25.76 per hour. Eligible for a Line Efficiency (LEF) bonus based on shift performance. Overtime paid at 1.5x after 88 hours worked in a two‑week cycle. 10 days paid vacation per year. Extended medical, dental, and long‑term disability insurance. Shift work at nights and weekends. Frequent lifting and carrying of materials up to 50 pounds or more. Standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching on hard surfaces.
