The Role – What You’ll Be Doing: As a Painter, you’ll play a key role in bringing our clients’ visions to life. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Interior and Exterior Painting: Applying paint, stain, and finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. - Cabinet Refinishing: Assisting with the preparation and refinishing of cabinets, ensuring a flawless finish. - Surface Preparation: Washing, sanding, patching, and priming surfaces to ensure the best possible results. - Team Collaboration: Working closely with team members to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations. - Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety: Keeping worksites clean, organized, and hazard-free, and following all safety protocols.
