Mechanical Construction Superintendent Needed, Central Newfoundland (Bishops Falls)

This leadership role, reporting to the Operations Manager, is critical for managing daily mechanical activities on-site. Candidates should have a strong background in mechanical construction supervision, ideally with experience in various infrastructure projects, to coordinate effectively and ensure safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily operations per project specifications • Supervise and lead mechanical crews on-site • Facilitate communication between teams and clients • Lead safety policy enforcement and incident reporting • Support the training and development of team members

Requirements:• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical construction • Deep knowledge of mechanical systems and safety practices • Proficient in necessary software and tools • Valid driver’s license and travel readiness
