The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in carpentry. This position is essential for ensuring the successful completion of construction projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities - Construct, install wood floor systems, wall framing, install and sheet roofing trusses. Install of window and doors. - Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square for structural components - Collaborate with team members to maintain productivity while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Experience - Proven experience as a carpenter or in a labor-intensive role within the construction industry. - Familiarity with various construction techniques - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
