Lead air operations as the Chief Pilot for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador. Oversee pilot training, flight safety, and ensure top-notch service for air ambulance and firefighting needs. This pivotal role requires a Chief Pilot to manage all aircrew operations, focusing on air ambulance services and aerial firefighting. Key responsibilities include conducting flight training and testing, maintaining pilot certification records, and managing the training budget. You will collaborate with Flight Operations and ensure compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations while developing Standard Operating Procedures and scheduling crew duties.
