Location: St Mary's
Position: Permanent Full‑Time – Start ASAP
Pay: Competitive hourly above award
About the role This is a hands‑on position across manufacturing and service support, including:
Installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing vehicle systems safely and efficiently
Working on axles, suspension, steering and braking systems
Working on Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical systems installations
Diagnosing faults and providing service support to bus operators
Carrying out repairs and maintenance at customer depots
Ensuring all work meets Custom Denning quality, safety and maintenance standards
About you You’ll be a reliable, safety‑focused tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship. Ideally, you will have:
Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology preferred
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology will be considered
Trade Licence would be an advantage
Experience working on trucks and/or buses (highly regarded)
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to work effectively in a team environmentFull Australian working rights
No prior electric vehicle experience is required— full training will be provided.
