High School Graduate or Equivalent GED Technical Program Completion or Degree Associate’s Degree Science specialization Preferred Education

Technical– Science Associate’s Degree Credentials

Driver’s License – If applicable ASPT (Phlebotomy Technician) – If applicable ASCP (Phlebotomy Technician) or AMT (Phlebotomy Technician) – If applicable Experience
