As we expand, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing&Content Creation Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for content creation, photography, design and video editing, who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Job Summary Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across multiple platforms, supporting digital marketing strategies, and helping grow our brand presence. This includes producing high-quality videos, graphics, and photography for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. You will also contribute to SEO, eCommerce, and B2B marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Website Administration:

Upload and manage approved products to the website using Odoo

Ensure product data accuracy (codes, pricing, accounting fields)

Prepare and upload images using Canva

Complete mandatory SEO fields

Submit all uploads for approval prior to publishing

Content Creation: Produce and edit videos, photos, and graphics for use on websites, social media, and marketing materials.

Video Editing: Create promotional videos, product demos, and customer testimonials.

Photography: Capture high-quality product and lifestyle images for marketing purposes.

Graphic Design: Design engaging digital assets for campaigns, using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

Website Content Management: Update website visuals, banners, and product images to enhance user experience.

Social Media Content: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

SEO&Digital Marketing: Optimise content for search engines, manage keyword strategy, and contribute to B2B campaigns.

Market&Competitor Analysis: Research trends and competitor content to improve Daltec’s creative strategy.

Required Skills&Experience

Experience in graphic design (Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).

Ability to create engaging social media content across various platforms.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Creative mindset with the ability to tell compelling stories through visuals.

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of photography and image editing (Lightroom, Photoshop).

Desirable

Experience in SEO and digital marketing (on-page, off-page, keyword research).

Knowledge of Google Ads and paid social media campaigns.

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms.

Previous experience in B2B marketing or working with a marketing team.
