Bartender / Server – Summer Positions (Students Welcome!) Must be 19+ Baccalieu Trail Brewing Co. is a busy and growing microbrewery, taproom, and restaurant in Bay Roberts, and we’re looking for energetic, friendly people to join our front of house team for the summer season! We are currently hiring full time and part-time Bartenders/Servers for June through September, making this a great opportunity for students looking for summer employment in a fun, fast-paced workplace. Position Details Full-time and part time positions available Seasonal employment from June–September Versatile scheduling that can work around student summer plans Evening and weekend availability required Competitive hourly wage plus excellent tips Responsibilities Greet guests and create a welcoming experience Take food and drink orders accurately using our POS system Serve beverages and food safely and efficiently Recommend craft beers, drinks, and menu items to guests Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service Handle cash and payments accurately Qualifications Previous serving, bartending, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Excellent time management during busy periods Reliable and dependable work ethic Ability to multitask in a quick-paced workplace Basic math and cash-handling skills If you’re looking for a fun summer job with a hardworking and welcoming team, we’d love to hear from you.
