This position involves fulfilling service requests, maintaining safety regulations, and ensuring that all community features are in optimal condition. Key Responsibilities:• Complete repairs and service requests as needed • Assist with inventory management and safety programs • Maintain facilities and common areas to high standards • Participate in and respond to on-call emergencies • Conduct regular inspections of the property

Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum one year maintenance experience required • Preferred EPA certification Type I and II • Reliable transportation is mandatory • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
