Description Heavy construction equipment dealer in Orange County, California seeking experienced heavy equipment mechanics for service. We are a small family‑owned, non‑union company with a big‑company compensation and benefits package! We have locations throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona. Service customer equipment in shop or at customer’s job site Capable of completing jobs at or under manufacturer’s published flat rate repair times Ability to plan work and complete route maintenance services without supervision Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs Must be able to work under pressure independently and as a team playerJob Type: Full‑time Salary: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits

Minimum 3 years experience maintaining/servicing heavy equipment Equipment dealership background ideal Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted Welding experience Hydraulic&electrical experience Mid‑level diagnostic ability Ability to do repairs such as welding, R&R of major components such as axles, engines, and transmissions Ability to perform repairs on components and attachments such as hammers and shears Engine certifications a plus Ability to understand instructions, written and verbal Possess a clean and valid Class B driver’s license, recent K4 printout requiredMust be detail oriented Ability to multi‑task Excellent customer service and communication skills Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical
