Memphis Rise Academy is looking for passionate educators to fill our full-time instructional position. Your main tasks will include co-teaching alongside general educators, leading Focus Study intervention sessions, and ensuring a well-organized classroom atmosphere. Collaborating with the Leadership Team to address educational challenges and mentoring students through our Advisory program will be key aspects of your role.

Key Responsibilities:• Co-teach academic classes in partnership with other teachers • Organize Focus Study sessions for targeted literacy support • Create and maintain a positive classroom environment • Work with leadership to solve student-related challenges • Conduct weekly advisory meetings to encouragestudent goals

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree and Tennessee teaching license necessary • Creativity and adaptability in teaching methodologies • Commitment to fostering student achievement • Capable of handling some physical demands • Participation in an Educator Preparation Program acceptable
