We’re looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward. As a

(Part-time) Supervisor , you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. You will be responsible for modeling service standards, coaching, and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales and web orders, as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate, and execute operational excellence will be key to your success.Note: This posting is for an existing vacancy within Designer Brands Canada. Key responsibilities

Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences. Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge. Facilitates achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity that fosters positive customer connections and loyalty.Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success. Fosters teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district. Maintains effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager. Open&closes the store proficiently. Qualifications

Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers. Excellent customer service and a strong will to assist customer needs. Motivated and driven to achieve results. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment. Openness to learn and develop new skills.Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change.
