$23.47/hr - $26.74/hr

Interview patients, obtain medical info, measure vital signs Show patients to examination rooms, prepare them for physician Record medical history, medications, allergies, test results Obtain proper consent forms prior to treatment Prepare and administer medications following safety protocols Collect laboratory specimensExplain treatment procedures and physicians' instructions to patients Assist physicians with examinations and treatments, including injections and sutures Assist with minor skin procedures such as dressings and suture removal Requirements:

2-3 years recent experience in a Dermatology Clinical setting, preferably including internal medicine Thorough knowledge of medical terminology Knowledge of sterile techniques, anatomy, medications Detail-oriented, professional, reliable Strong organizational skills to support leadership Proficiency in medication administration and protocolsExcellent patient service and communication skills Knowledge of clinical management systems Ability to take vital signs accurately and respond promptly Inhalation therapies knowledge is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification as a medical assistant required
