Key Responsibilities: • Maintain a welcoming presence in the wellness area • Conduct fitness appointments and demonstrate equipment use • Promote and sell YMCA memberships and programs • Build relationships with members through open communication • Ensure cleanliness and safety of fitness equipment

Requirements: • Strong communication skills to serve a diverse audience • CPR & First Aid Certified or obtain within 60 days • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to handle physical requirements of the role • Multi-lingual skills are desirable
