In this clinician-led environment, you will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and design individualized treatment plans. Collaboration with families and data analysis is key to ensuring successful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments for clients • Design and implement individualized treatment plans • Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams • Analyze data to guide treatment effectiveness

Requirements: • Active BCBA certification required • North Carolina LBA license preferred • Experience with autism spectrum disorder preferred • Excellent communication and client-centered skills • Commitment to ongoing education and skilled growth
