Fixed Operations (Service and Parts) Manager Harvey & Company – Heavy Equipment & Truck Dealership Gander Harvey & Company is one of Newfoundland and Labrador’s leading heavy equipment and truck dealerships, representing industry-leading brands and delivering unmatched parts and service support across the province. We are looking for a Fixed Operations Manager to lead our Parts and Service departments and drive the performance of the most critical profit engine in our business. This is not a maintenance role — this is a growth and performance leadership role with full accountability for profitability, customer uptime, and operational excellence. The Role As Fixed Operations Manager, you will own the performance of Parts and Service across one or multiple locations. You will lead the team, drive process discipline, and ensure we deliver fast, high-quality service that keeps our customers’ equipment working. You will be accountable for absorption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction .
