Salary: $125,000-$160,000/year Shift: Days Location: St. Paul, MN Benefits: Full benefits package About the Role Lead strategic customer accounts and drive profitable sales growth across key national and regional business relationships.Job Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies across assigned accounts and territories Manage key customer relationships while driving volume and profitability targets Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic accounts Lead customer meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiationsUtilize a solutions-selling approach to support customer business objectives Drive opportunities from prospecting through commercialization and account closure Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities Develop annual and quarterly sales forecasts and account plansCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, R&D, quality, and leadership teams Negotiate pricing, contracts, and customer agreements as needed Maintain customer activity and pipeline reporting within Salesforce, Power BI, and company systems Deliver exceptional customer support and resolve account issues professionally Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field required8+ years of progressive sales, account management, or related experience required Experience within food&beverage manufacturing, dairy, CPG, or related industries preferred Proven success growing strategic accounts and driving profitable sales growth Strong experience managing complex customer relationships and negotiations Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI, and related business systemsStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
