Your primary duties will include: - Strategic Planning: Leading long-range campus development efforts, strategic initiatives implementation, and architectural studies. - Design Solutions: Providing expertise on architectural, interior, and engineering issues aligned with the Physical Master Plan. Architectural Planning: Leading feasibility studies of building and site designs for various types of facilities, including infrastructure, sustainability, and accessibility aspects. - Space Planning and Management: Optimizing built environments through rigorous data analysis, programmatic development, and strategic space planning to inform and support high-level decision-making. - Team-oriented Leadership: Coordinating with campus leadership, outside designers, and diverse stakeholders to ensure the highest and best use of space and resources.
