Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, friendly and professional Guest Service Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth operations at barbershop. A passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a welcoming demeanor are essential. Previous experience in customer services and/or the personal services industry is an asset. This individual must be available weekends. This is not a summer student job.Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage guest inquiries and provide information about amenities, services, and local attractions Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areasSupport guest needs by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Engage with children and families to create a welcoming environment Promote retail sales Manage phones and online check-in process Skills
