About the Job

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, technically curious implementation specialist to support the rollout and ongoing optimization of a healthcare SaaS platform used by enterprise clients. This role partners closely with Product, Development, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations using low‑code/no‑code tools. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, testing, process improvement, and ongoing platform optimization in a highly collaborative, fast‑moving environment.What You’ll Do

Execute and maintain client platform configurations Use Jira to report configuration bugs and communicate client change requests Run end–to–end configuration testing, partnering closely with Development to resolve issues Share work in progress with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely approvalsDevelop clear documentation and training resources for internal teams and client stakeholders Identify opportunities to streamline or templatize common client configurations Participate in requirements gathering and refinement sessions Identify and implement product operations processes to improve efficiencyProvide client feedback to the Product Manager to improve configuration tools and usability What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, product operations, platform configuration, or related client‑facing technical roles Comfortable leading live training sessions Solid project management, communication, and technical skills with the ability to manage client engagements and internal stakeholdersProven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills High attention to detail and comfort working in fast‑moving, evolving environments Compensation

$65,000 - $85,000 CAD Benefits
