Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi‑line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings for staff or medical/dental professionals as neededPerform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting bookkeeping activities with QuickBooks or similar software Support office management duties including supply inventory, organization of files, and maintaining a tidy reception areaProvide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and via phone or email Skills
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs Previous office experience or clerical experience is highly desirableKnowledge of multi‑line phone systems and phone etiquette to manage high call volumes efficiently Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous Personal assistant or administrative experience that includes calendar management and data entry tasks Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate recordsStrong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines Join us in creating a welcoming setting where professionalism meets efficiency!
