Staff Plus is hiring a detail-oriented Press/Machine Operator to join our client at a manufacturing warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various press machines, ensuring high-quality production, and adhering to safety standards. Location

In person What You'll Do

Set up and operate production machinery according to production schedules and specifications. Load materials into the press and ensure proper alignment for accurate printing or stamping. Adjust machine settings, including speed, pressure, and alignment, to ensure optimum performance. Monitor production output and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.Perform regular checks for consistency and take corrective action when necessary. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure smooth operation. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic repairs. Work closely with production teams, supervisors, and other operators to meet production goals and timelines.Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production numbers, downtime, and any defects or issues encountered. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in operating manufacturing machines. Preferably CNC Machines or Stamping Presses. Previous manufacturing experience is a must. Experience using a variety of manufacturing tools. Proven track record of reliability, consistency and robust work ethics. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs independently and ability to stand for long periods.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full‑time hours as required by this position. Benefits
