Key Responsibilities:• Promote and uphold safety and environmental policies • Administer HR policies and support management in HR-related issues • Lead collective bargaining and manage union relations • Oversee recruitment and succession planning initiatives • Develop and monitor training and labour budgets

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation • Strong leadership and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and HR management tools
