You'll work Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, contributing to a supportive environment that fosters recovery and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage and supervise resident behavior effectively • Develop and facilitate therapeutic living skills • Plan and assist with resident menu and shopping needs • Facilitate group discussions for community building • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements:• High school diploma or GED is required • Familiarity with 12-step addiction recovery programs • Proficient in electronic health record documentation • Valid driver’s license and personal transport necessary • Skilled in adult behavioral management strategies
