Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate material flow between departments as per schedules • Supervise preparation of materials for offshore shipping • Work with clients and vendors to resolve material discrepancies • Maintain manual and computerized records for material movement • Oversee safe loading and unloading operations

Requirements:• 1–3 years supervisory experience • Experience with logistics/materials in oil&gas• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel • Strong communication and detail-oriented skills • Ability to manage high-pressure situations
