At Adi Development, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor who brings 5+ years of leadership in AP. This role requires expertise in invoice processing, vendor management, and compliance within the construction and real estate sectors. Collaborate with other teams to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure smooth operations for project billing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead and coach the Accounts Payable team towards high performance • Oversee full-cycle AP processes with accuracy • Administer AP platforms like TimberScan and SAP Concur • Maintain vendor master files and compliance documentation • Support month-end and year-end AP processes

Requirements:• 5+ years in Accounts Payable and supervisory experience • Experience in construction or project-based accounting • Strong knowledge of full-cycle AP and vendor management • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar systems • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
