Maintenance Field Supervisor - Competition #JCL142

Work closely with Maintenance Planners to execute scheduled maintenance activities Prioritize field repairs based on operational needs and project timelines Coordinate equipment servicing between job sites, shops, and external vendors Monitor equipment condition and performance across multiple project sitesConduct field inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns Ensure proper use and care of equipment by operators Enforce company safety policies and procedures across all maintenance activities Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manufacturer guidelines Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture on job sitesAct as a liaison between field operations, maintenance teams, and leadership Provide regular updates on equipment status, breakdowns, and repair timelines Maintain accurate service records and field reports Assist with coordinating parts, tools, and equipment required for field repairs Work with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materialsIdentify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency, reduce downtime, and lower costs Support the implementation of preventative maintenance programs and best practices Assist in developing standard operating procedures and maintenance documentation Qualifications

Proven experience in heavy equipment maintenance, with supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction equipment (e.g., excavators, dozers, loaders, trucks) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment with multiple prioritiesStrong understanding of safety regulations and best practices Trade certification (e.g., Heavy Equipment Technician or equivalent) Experience working in heavy civil, mining, or construction environments Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) Why Join Us?
