Shaw University Reference Services Leader, Raleigh

Become the driving force behind reference services at Shaw University as a Reference Services Leader. This full-time, on-site position requires strategic vision in library instruction and community engagement.

Reporting to the Director of Library Services, you will lead all reference initiatives, ensuring high-quality support for students and faculty alike. Your responsibilities will include designing and promoting the instructional program, coordinating workshops, and liaising with academic departments to align resources with curricular needs. You will also supervise the reference staff and manage daily operations for optimal service delivery.

Requirements:• Graduate degree in Library Science • Two years of relevant experience required • Strong commitment to student success • Excellent decision-making and organizational abilities • Instructional experience is preferred
