General Maintenance Person Conception Bay South

We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Maintenance Person to join our team. This role covers three venues and involves general maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects. If you’re skilled with tools, enjoy solving problems, and like variety in your workday, this could be the job for you. What You’ll Do Perform general repairs and maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, etc.). Assist with renovations, upgrades, and construction projects. Troubleshoot and fix issues quickly to keep our venues running smoothly. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials. Drive between venues to complete jobs (vehicle provided or mileage reimbursed). What We’re Looking For General knowledge of maintenance, construction, and renovation. Hands-on problem solver who can work independently. Physically able to lift, carry, and move equipment or materials. Valuable communication and organizational skills. Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends if urgent repairs are needed. Valid driver’s license required. Nice to Have Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or bar maintenance. Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, or kitchen equipment. What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience). Steady, full-time hours.
