Our work environment includes: Relaxed atmosphere Adaptable working hours We are looking for an experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for cooking and preparing food, as well as a robust understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently. The Line Cook/Prep Cook will be responsible for prepping ingredients, cooking meals, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to our high standards. Responsibilities: Prepare food for service. Follow recipes and presentation specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure that food is stored and cooked at correct temperatures. Keep up with the latest cooking techniques and recipes. Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, cutting, and shredding food items. Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule. Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
