Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily operations for multi-state property portfolio • Provide weekly updates on vacancies and budget variances • Train staff on OneSite for efficiency • Develop inspection calendars for each property • Manage calls regarding emergencies and tenant complaints

Requirements:• 75% travel to visit all properties • Bachelor’s degree required • At least 5 years of property management experience • Familiarity with affordable housing programs • Excellent communication skills
