Our Service Department at Halton Honda is looking for a motivated, team‑player that can multitask and adapt to a fast pace dynamic work environment with a focus in one‑on‑one customer service interaction. Duties&Responsibilities

Establishing rapport with customers Open and close express work orders Greet customers and assist with their visit in service department while creating an inviting customer experience by interacting with customers Organize sublets services and vendors to coordinate with delivery dates Communicates with technicians to obtain information needed for accurate work estimateProcess warranty claims to adhere with manufacturer guidelines Recommends additional maintenance and services to customers as per manufacturer Apply appropriate tools&resources to accurately identify customer needs Checks on progress of services throughout the day, follow up with customers regarding any changes, and provide status updates on vehicle services Deescalate customer concerns and communicate them to service manager Requirements&Qualifications

Minimum high school education Dealership experience required Automotive vocabulary an asset PBS experience is an asset Proficient with Microsoft Office&Google Sheets Possess a valid drivers license Ability to communicate effectively during client inquiries. Must be sensitive, tactful, understanding, diplomatic and professional at all times.
