We are seeking a Product Owner to shape and deliver solutions aligned with TransUnion’s product and technology strategies. The role is pivotal within our Agile framework, translating ideas into actionable plans and user stories, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and driving successful product outcomes.What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in agile product development, ideally in a Product Owner or similar role. Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams including development, QA, and business stakeholders.Ability to work flexible hours across EST, IST, and CST time zones, with a focus on EST morning overlap. Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Quick learner with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.Adaptability to changing priorities and complex environments. Lead the delivery, launch, and support of products within a defined product family. Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to execute initiatives that enhance customer value and product functionality. Integrate market research, competitive intelligence, and industry trends into product development.Foster alignment across internal teams to ensure timely and coordinated product execution. Define and prioritize stories in the team backlog, ensuring acceptance criteria are met. Support tactical and performance enhancements aligned with strategic goals. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product offerings and user experience.The expected pay range for this position is $98,000 - $147,000 annually. Pay is based on many factors, including education, training, experience, skills, location, and market considerations. Variable compensation is based on company guidance and performance. This is a hybrid position that includes both virtual and in‑person responsibilities, with a minimum of two days per week at an assigned TransUnion office.Accommodation is available, including for applicants with disabilities, in accordance with applicable laws.
