In this essential role, reporting to the Vice President of Transportation, you will oversee safety and compliance for over 200 assets across multiple terminals. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to provincial and federal regulations while enhancing driver training programs and operational efficiency through data analysis. A passion for safety and compliance is crucial for success in this leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead a culture of safety in all operations • Develop and deliver driver training and safety programs • Monitor compliance using telematics tools • Conduct accident investigations and implement corrective actions • Manage insurance and freight claims effectively

Requirements:• 5+ years in transportation safety or compliance • Knowledge of MTO, CVOR, DOT, and IFTA regulations • Strong leadership and communication skills • Experience in regulatory audits and claims management • AZ license is an asset
