Key Responsibilities:• Lead community development initiatives promoting equity and inclusion • Oversee grant programs, ensuring seamless application and assessment • Manage partnership frameworks and governance systems • Ensure high-quality community experiences across programs • Lead multidisciplinary teams to foster collaboration and accountability

Requirements:• Relevant post-secondary education in Community Development or related field • 7–10 years of leadership experience in public or non-profit sectors • Proven experience managing community services and partnerships • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Valid G driver’s license required
