Ideal candidates will possess customer service and sales experience while being adaptable to various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will also learn membership systems while interacting with diverse communities in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide exceptional customer service at the Welcome Desk • Manage sales inquiries and facilitate memberships • Ensure facility access for members and guests • Learn and operate various membership systems • Maintain a respectful and inclusive environment
Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent needed • Previous customer service and sales experience required • Emergency First Aid and CPR certification • Flexible availability for shifts • Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sectors Checks may be required
