Position: Senior Manager, IT Business Solutions - SAP Finance Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Burlington or Downtown Toronto Salary: $110,000 - $133,000 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Posting Type: Open vacancy Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Business Solutions - SAP Finance to support a large-scale enterprise transformation environment within a complex, stakeholder-driven organization. This role will lead SAP Finance solution delivery initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors across multiple enterprise groups.This is a robust fit for someone who combines deep SAP Finance expertise with hands‑on delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and experience supporting enterprise transformation programs in highly regulated or complex operational environments. Key Responsibilities

Lead the solutioning, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Finance business systems Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third‑party vendors to deliver scalable enterprise solutions Act as a key liaison between IT and business leadership groups Drive business solution architecture, project delivery, planning, risk management, testing, and change management activitiesFacilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and cross‑functional solution planning sessions Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency and system effectiveness Track project milestones, risks, governance activities, and delivery outcomes Ensure quality assurance across third‑party development, configuration, testing, and support activitiesSupport ongoing compliance, governance, and enterprise standards initiatives Technical Environment

SAP Finance / SAP FICO SAP S/4HANA Enterprise ERP environments Finance transformation programs Vendor management and enterprise delivery governance Business process analysis and optimization Key Qualifications

10+ years of SAP business systems experience within enterprise environments 5+ years of leadership or people management experience Experience leading SAP Finance transformation or ERP implementation initiatives Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills Experience working with external vendors and cross‑functional enterprise teamsSAP Finance certification and/or CPA designation considered an asset
