Finance&Insurance Manager Steele Auto Group is recruiting a Finance&Insurance Manager to work closely with the sales team at

Humber Ford , delivering a seamless purchasing experience and presenting financing and protection products that support customers long after they drive off the lot.

Responsibilities

Facilitate financing options: collaborate with customers to understand their needs and present tailored financing plans.

Credit management: analyze credit applications and liaise with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing solutions.

Sales of add‑ons: offer extended warranties, insurance, and protection packages to enhance customer satisfaction.

Transaction completion: oversee the preparation and execution of all financing and insurance‑related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.

Customer relationships: deliver exceptional service, fostering trust and loyalty to maintain high customer satisfaction index scores.

Compliance: ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive finance, insurance, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.

A track record of sales success and achieving performance targets.

Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to automotive financing and insurance.
