As the Afternoon Production Team Lead, you will supervise a proactive team while monitoring workflow and quality control.Your role includes assessing team performance, addressing bottlenecks in production, and ensuring compliance with standards. Collaboration with the Day Team Lead will be key to maintaining continuity. Key Responsibilities
