Live In Residential Home Operator Type: Full Time Hours: 30– 40 per week Salary: Wages to be negotiated Responsibilities

Supervising residents and providing individuals assistance in their daily living Monitor medication and ensure proper reporting and procedures are followed Document care and interaction with residents in accordance with company policy Respond to scheduled and unscheduled requests for assistance with daily livingMeal preparation during shifts Daily housekeeping for residents and common areas of the home Respond to persons in crisis and utilize de‑escalation techniques if necessary and contact emergency personnel (police, ambulance etc.) Communicate directly with management in a timely fashion, following company policies and proceduresQualifications

Successful applicants will be fully trained on fire safety and fire evacuation policy with accordance to city laws Successful applicants must be people‑oriented with excellent communication skills and decision‑making abilities Wages to be negotiated based on experience in supportive housing and mental health
