We’re looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward. Responsibilities

Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional Customer experiences. Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge. Facilitates achievement of business results by role‑modeling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive Customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success. Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district. Maintains effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager. Opens&closes the store proficiently. Qualifications

Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co‑workers. Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs. Motivated and driven to achieve results. Ability to work efficiently in the fast‑paced team environment. Openness to learn and develop new skills.Flexibility and ability to quickly adopt to change. Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts including closing shifts and weekends as required. Benefits
