In this permanent role, you will work alongside the Service Delivery Team at St. George's Elementary. Responsibilities include providing instructional support, helping students with executive functions, and promoting participation in activities. You’ll utilize de-escalation strategies and foster a supportive environment to enhance student learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist in implementing programs and services for students • Observe and document student progress and behavior • Encourage independent skills and self-esteem in students • Collaborate with school teams for student needs • Provide support with specialized assistive technologies

Requirements:• Teacher's Certificate Level Two (II) required • Relevant education in child and youth care fields • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Commitment to ongoing professional learning • Ability to maintain calm in stressful situations
