19.42 CAD Responsibilities

Prepares complex reports and presentations. Performs analysis using various software packages and databases. Processes orders and learns software systems such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SAP, GWS/Softeon Excel and other related applications. Provides advanced office support knowledge and skills.Answers incoming calls from customers (English speaking and written proficiency), assists with requests for information, complaints, and resolves issues via phone, email or other media. Ensures accuracy and detail in data entry. Handles customer complaints, providing timely solutions to ensure satisfaction.Multitasks, prioritizes and manages time effectively. Follows communication procedures, work instructions, guidelines, and policies. Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent. 2+ years of office warehouse support experience– preferred. Strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem‑solving, basic research, attention to detail, and time‑management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
