Reporting to the Director of Health and Wellness, you will oversee resident assessments, service plans, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams. Successful candidates will have experience in gerontology and excellent communication skills. Emphasizing safety, you will administer medications and lead educational sessions for residents and families.
