Burlington Hall Sporting Club – Summer 2026 Burlington Hall Sporting Club is seeking energetic, responsible, and high-energy leaders to join our team as Lead Camp Counselors. Following our major club renovation, we are launching a premier summer camp experience that blends elite sports instruction with classic summer fun. As a Lead Counselor, you aren't just running games you are the backbone of our camp culture, mentoring junior staff and ensuring every camper has a protected, world-class experience. The Role This is a dual-responsibility role. You will be actively engaged with a group of campers while simultaneously serving as a Team Lead for a designated cohort of counselors and volunteers. Key Responsibilities Direct Leadership: Oversee a team of 10 counselors and volunteers, providing daily guidance, conflict resolution, and performance feedback. Program Execution: assist in facilitating a high-quality daily schedule including tennis, squash, swimming, team sports, and creative arts. Camper Safety & Inclusion: Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all campers (ages 4–12), managing allergies, medications, and behavioral needs with professionalism. Parent Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents during drop-off and pick-up, providing updates on their child’s progress and experience. Event Coordination: Take a lead role in organizing our weekly "Big Event" Fridays and the legendary End-of-Session Camp Party!
