Content & Marketing Virtual Assistant We’re looking for a highly capable Content & Marketing VA who can help execute content, marketing, and operational tasks across multiple channels. This is NOT an entry-level role. We need someone proactive, creative, organized, and comfortable working independently. We value people who can take ownership, lead initiatives, and help improve systems and execution. Responsibilities Create and repurpose content for social media, email , and marketing campaigns Schedule and publish content across different platforms Edit videos for social media and marketing use Assist in creating marketing assets and promotional materials Help maintain content calendars and posting schedules Support day-to-day marketing and operational tasks Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns Take initiative in improving workflows, content processes, and execution Help manage projects and keep deliverables on track Requirements Solid experience in content creation and social media management Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools) Good eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling Solid written English communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines Leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership and solve problems proactively Able to work independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with AI tools and contemporary marketing workflows is a plus Nice To Have Experience with LinkedIn content Experience with email marketing Basic graphic design skills Experience supporting founders, executives, or startups To Apply Please send: Your resume Portfolio or sample work Links to content or videos you’ve created A short written introduction about yourself and your experience Applications without portfolio/sample work may not be prioritized.
