Controller for Cost Accounting Leadership, Coquitlam

Drive financial integrity and oversight as a Business Unit Controller. Manage month-end closing processes, budget preparations, and vital compliance requirements across all financial functions.

In this key role, you will analyze variances between budgeted versus actual results while supporting senior leadership in understanding critical business drivers. Key Responsibilities:• Oversee preparation of journal entries and working papers • Provide financial insights for monthly forecasts and budgets • Collaborate during preliminary reviews with leaders • Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations • Work closely with auditors to clarify controls

Requirements:• Must possess a CPA designation • 3+ years of leadership experience expected • 7+ years in cost accounting and financial analysis • Rental industry experience regarded favorably • Strong skills in MS Office; SAP B1 beneficial
