Become a key player in maintenance management with responsibility for facilities in the Lower Mainland. This role emphasizes preventative maintenance and technical support within our real estate portfolio. As a Maintenance Planner reporting to the Manager of Maintenance, you will implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance strategy for various facilities. Your expertise will help develop operational parameters for the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), ensuring efficiency. You will also provide technical support for regional CMMS systems throughout the province. Key Responsibilities: • Implement preventative maintenance programs for assigned facilities • Develop operational parameters for maintenance management systems • Provide technical and administrative support for CMMS • Collaborate indirectly with operational staff at maintenance facility • Ensure compliance with Federal, Provincial, and Municipal codes Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in facilities or maintenance management • Considerable experience in maintenance planning • Knowledge of building technology and maintenance principles • Proficient in MS Office and CAD programs • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and positive driving record Elevate your career by advancing in facilities maintenance management with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
