Customer Service Admin/Office Assistant (Coquitlam)

Jag's is one of leading home furnishings and mattress retailers in the Lower Mainland. Locally owned and family-operated, since 1994. Jag's Furniture and Mattress has a full time opening for the role of Customer Service Admin & Office Assistant working from our showroom in Coquitlam. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, a people person, motivated and possesses a positive attitude along with a strong work ethic. Our Customer Service Admin & Office Assistant plays a key role in supporting our ownership, management, sales teams and our customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing after-sales customer service, warranty claims, purchase order processing and organizing, daily close, logistical coordination, customer communication, goods receiving, assisting ownership with memos and tasks, keeping the overall office organized, plus coordination of additionally assigned tasks and projects by management. Further duties and responsibilities will be discussed more in-depth with selected candidates. A reliable source of transportation is required.
